Yes. You can run one role through Protu, read against the team it joins, without bringing the wider organisation into scope. Talk to us and we’ll price that single hire. Protu’s develop and move options get stronger as more of your organisation comes into view, but you don’t need that to start.
Team is designed for one team. Organisation connects multiple teams and covers up to 1,000 people. Enterprise is for larger organisations or those with more complex security and governance requirements. We’ll help you find the right starting point.
Every plan uses the same behavioural intelligence and Decision Engine, with Selection included throughout. The difference is how much of your organisation Protu covers, alongside the security and support available.
Pricing covers one board or senior leadership team for the year. If you want to use Protu with more than one leadership group, we’ll price those together. Board & Leadership is also available on its own, without the wider organisation in scope.
Protu is priced around the people brought into scope, not the number of users accessing it. Organisation starts at £6,000 a year for up to 50 people, rising to £18,000 for up to 250 and £45,000 for up to 1,000. Normal growth is accommodated during the year, with coverage reviewed at renewal.
Only the people included in your organisation’s behavioural intelligence, counted once even if they belong to multiple teams. Managers and viewers are free, and candidates assessed through Selection don’t count towards coverage.
Yes. Team and Organisation are available with monthly or annual billing, with a lower overall price when billed annually. Enterprise is billed annually.
Yes. Single sign-on and audit logs are included with Organisation and Enterprise, and can be added to Team. A data processing agreement is standard. Additional security reviews and custom retention arrangements are available depending on your plan.
