Rather than relying only on predefined questions, Protu can explore something distinctive in a person’s behavioural read. That might be an unusual combination of contributions or a difference between their profile and others with similar patterns.
Each question is grounded in the evidence behind the read, allowing the conversation to explore a specific observation rather than introduce an unrelated prompt. Where the evidence doesn’t support a particular question, Protu uses a different line of enquiry.
