Protu is building a new kind of organisational intelligence: a living understanding of how people shape teams, and how teams shape the organisation. We’re a small team across behavioural science, AI, design and engineering. Some of the people we’ll need next will fit roles we already understand. Others might make us realise there’s a role we haven’t thought of yet.

What we’re open to

We’re interested in people who can add something meaningfully different to what is already here. That could be a discipline we’re missing, a way of thinking that changes the work, or experience that takes Protu somewhere the current team couldn’t take it alone.
